Can we customize our package?

There are several types of customization:

1. Shifting experiences based on your needs or preferences for time and provider availability. In this case, it is not customization, and we can consider it without any markup.
2. A mix of packages, add other experiences or search for occasions specifically for you. In this case, there will be a 5% markup on the cost of the box, and we will reserve the right to accept or decline your request. We cannot devote ourselves to tailor-made packages at certain times of the year. So if you book well in advance, you will be better off.
3. Package customization for some participants: packages for one person containing only one experience will not be accepted. The minimum number of occasions sold even to a single participant in the group must be at least two. In case of a different number of participants depending on the experiences, a surcharge will be charged for handling the request.
